The multifunctional PV tester PVCHECK complies with the maintenance inspection guidelines in Japan, JEM-TR228 and JPEA guidelines, and is capable of measuring ground resistance (2-pole method), insulation resistance (measured with string short circuit), open circuit voltage, and short circuit current! For the open circuit voltage and short circuit current measurement functions, it displays the results of STC (Standard Test Conditions) calculations based on solar radiation and module temperature, and can also determine pass or fail by comparing with a pre-registered module database. Furthermore, it can measure string current and its power as specified by the international standard IEC62446, allowing for easy evaluation of string performance in actual operating conditions on-site.
